Now we constructed the EnzyBase2, an updated database based on EnzyBase. Compare to EnzyBase, EnzyBase2 contains not only increased number of natural enzybiotics, but also synthetic enzybiotics which researchers modified the enzybiotics for improving properties in application by genetically approaches. Currently EnzyBase2 include 1172 natural enzybiotics and 186 synthetic enzybiotics while EnzyBase only included 1141 enzybiotics. Moreover, the GO annotation for each enzybiotic and the ClustalW program had been integrated into EnzyBase2 for exploring the relationship between sequence and function. In addition, EnzyBase2 re-build the detail view by adding the figures and drawings to display the domain information more directly.
